Help > Buyer - Finalize Listing

What happens after a listing ends?
After the auction ends you will receive an email giving you information to contact the seller so that you may pay for your book(s).

WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU PAY USING A SERVICE THAT GIVES YOU PROOF OF PAYMENT, i.e. Paypal, Yahoo! PayDirect, Money Order, or Check.
What if the seller never ships the item?
As a buyer and seller, you are in a legal binding contract and must follow all guidelines in the user agreement. The first step would be to contact the seller, either via email or telephone.

Your next step, if needed, would be to file with the company you made payment through, whether that is Paypal, Yahoo! PayDirect, and even by check. These services make it possible to file for a refund, while paying by cash does not.
What if the item arrives in a condition different than that stated in the listing?
If the item arrives in a condition different than that stated in the listing, you should contact the seller and explain the situation and try to come to an agreement.
