Information Collection & UseRegistration
In order to use this Web site, you must first complete the registration form and/or create a user name and password. During registration you are required to give contact information (such as name and email address). We use this information to contact you about the services on our site in which you have expressed interest.
At some point you may have the option to provide demographic information (such as income level and gender) to us; we encourage you to submit this information so we can provide you a more personalized experience on our site.
Based on the information given, we may, from time-to-time, send you updates, newsletters, or current promotions via email or standard mail.
Urshelf, LLC is the sole owner of the information collected on www.urShelf.com. Urshelf, LLC collects personal identification information from our users at several different points on our Web site.
Orders
If you purchase a product or service from us, we request certain personal identification information from you on our order form. You must provide contact information (such as name, email, shipping address and/or billing address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date).
We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.
Surveys or Contests
From time-to-time we may provide you the opportunity to participate in contests or surveys on our site. If you participate, we will request certain personal identification information from you. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether to disclose this information. The requested information typically includes contact information (such as name and shipping address) and demographic information (such as zip code).
We use this information to: notify contest winners and award prizes, monitor site traffic, and personalize the site to create a more enjoyable experience. We may also send participants a newsletter via email or standard mail, which a user will have the option to opt-out of receiving any future newsletters (see newsletters below).
We will never use a third party service provider to conduct these surveys or contests.
Use of Information
The of this site is connecting one consumer selling a product to another consumer buying that product. Due to the nature of our site, we must have your personal identification information on file, such as name, address, email, and telephone number. Urshelf, LLC also has a referral system that pays out in cash. In order for us to comply with the IRS, we must have your social security number on file.
We will use your personal identificationidentification information for three reasons: To verify your identity, to provide contact information to your customers, and to report earnings exceeding $600 to the IRS.
When users buy items from you, we will use some of your contact information to provide these customers our name, address, email, and phone number.
If you should earn more than $600 in commission in one year, we must submit a 1099 MISC form to the IRS in your name. We will ONLY keep your social security number on file should you earn more than this amount.
We will NEVER share or sell any personal identification information to a Third Party.
Your email will NEVER be sold to a third party. We will occasionally send you email newsletter(s) containing site updates and running promotions.These emails may contain advertising material in them, but you can choose not to receive these emails. We share aggregated demographic information about our user base with our partners and advertisers. This information does not identify individual users. We may use aggregated demographic information gathered in the registration process or through optional surveys with our partners and/or advertisers to tailor certain opportunities to certain demographic areas.
We do not use your Personal identification Information in cookies.

We store information that we collect through cookies, log files, clear gifs to create a “profile” of your preferences. We tie your personal identification information and your purchasing history to information in your profile. We do this in order to provide tailored promotions, marketing offers and to improve the content of the site for you.
